Description

Sweet, loving, and well socialized little pups. Great with children. Parents are our family pets, and the pups are raised indoors with their canine and human family members. We pride ourselves on breeding for conformity to the Beagle standard. We will not breed - or sell - an unhealthy dog. Yes, Beagle puppies are adorable, but that is NOT a good reason to buy one. Beagles have their idiosyncrasies, as does every breed, and we prefer to sell to people who have had Beagles before and are familiar with the breed. We want our pups to have PERMANENT, loving homes. If you have not had a Beagle before, please read up on the breed before buying one. They do not do well in apartments, they love to run around - if only in circles! - and will need a secure area in which to do so. They need a fenced-in yard to keep them from running off after bunnies and other animals that venture into their line of sight. SOME are vocal, though it is not true that ALL Beagles are. And those that are can be trained NOT to be. Beagles are a lot smarter than most people realize, and highly trainable once you get their attention. (Food ALWAYS works.) We have had several repeat buyers over the years, and a number of referrals, which tells you something about the quality of our pups. We prefer not to ship our dogs, but we will drive a reasonable distance to deliver them. If you need any more information, do not hesitate to reach out to us. Thanks for your interest in our pups.
