Description

Looking for a loyal, loving family companion? Our adorable Golden Retriever puppies are ready to bring sunshine into your home! These friendly, sociable babies love people and are happy to greet everyone they meet with a wagging tail and a happy face. They enjoy attention, playtime, and being right in the middle of the action. Golden Retrievers are famous for their gentle, easygoing temperament, and these pups are no exception. Known for their intelligence and eagerness to please, Goldens are wonderful family dogs that thrive on affection and time spent with their people. Whether its a game of fetch, a walk around the neighborhood, or a snuggle on the couch, these puppies will happily be by your side. Mom, Amy, is available to meet, so you can see her sweet, gentle personality for yourself and get a great idea of what your puppy will be like as they grow. Meeting mom is a wonderful way to see the temperament and beauty these puppies are inheriting. Every puppy is vet checked and up to date on shots and dewormer before going home. These pups are very healthy and are currently eating ProPlan Purina puppy food, so you can continue their diet for an easy, comfortable transition into their new home. Golden Retrievers are an excellent choice for families, first-time dog owners, and active households alike. Their trainable nature makes learning new commands a rewarding experience, and their social attitude means they get along well with children, other pets, and new friends of all kinds. These puppies have been handled and loved from day one and are ready to join their forever families. Please reach out to schedule a visit and find the puppy whos meant for you!

Pros

America's quintessential family dog — ranked #3 in AKC registration for decades, with an unrivaled reputation for gentleness with children

Exceptional versatility: guide dogs, therapy dogs, search and rescue, hunting retrievers, AKC titling competitors — all in one breed

Golden Retriever Cancer Foundation-backed health research makes this one of the most scientifically studied breeds for hereditary cancer

Social and adaptable — reliably friendly with strangers, other dogs, and animals with appropriate socialization

Cons

Cancer is the leading cause of death in American Goldens, affecting over 60% of the breed — genetic testing cannot currently screen for this

Shedding is prodigious and year-round, intensifying dramatically during biannual coat blows

The puppy phase is extensive — Goldens are frequently described as puppies until age three

High exercise requirement; separation anxiety is common in the breed when owner interaction is insufficient
