Description
Hi everyone. Meet Booker! 🐾🐶💛 He is a 12 Week Old Pug Puppy Looking for His Forever Home! I've had him for almost a month, and he has such a sweet, playful, and curious personality.
He loves playing with his toys, getting attention from people, snuggling up in his cozy bed, and, of course, enjoying his favorite treats! He's a lovable little guy who gets excited when meeting new people and is always ready for some playtime.
A little more about Booker:
* He enjoys playing with his toys, spending time around people, and getting lots of attention.
* He gets excited around people and is continuing to learn about the world around him.
* We've worked on some basic training, and he knows sit, stay, and spin. He's very treat-motivated, so a little snack definitely helps! 😂
* He has been doing very well with his puppy pads and understands that they're where he should go when he needs to potty.
* I've gradually introduced him to car rides, outside sounds, and seeing other people to help him become more comfortable with new experiences.
His current setup and everything included with him! Booker currently sleeps in a comfortable bed inside a medium/large crate. He also has an 8 panel puppy playpen surrounding his crate, giving him room to move around, access his puppy pads, and eat while remaining in a designated, puppy-safe area.
I'm including the following items with his purchase so his new owner can have many of the essentials ready from day one:
* His medium/large crate
* His bed
* His 8-panel puppy playpen
* His automatic feeder, which dispenses his food at scheduled intervals and portion amounts that I set
* His toys
* The grooming products I still have for him
The automatic feeder has been especially helpful for keeping his feeding schedule consistent when I'm away. I want his new owner to have the supplies he's already accustomed to, making his transition into a new home a little easier. I DO WANT TO BE TRANSPARENT THAT ALTHOUGH THE AUTOMATED FEEDER IS THERE TO HELP FEED HIM WITHOUT ASSISTANCE, BOOKER STILL NEEDS FREQUENT INTERACTION AND SUPERVISION AT HIS AGE.
Why am I looking to rehome Booker?
This hasn't been an easy decision, but I want to do what's best for him. My work schedule means I'm away for long periods during the day, and at his young age, Booker needs more companionship, supervision, playtime, and interaction than I can consistently provide. Puppies require a lot of time, patience, and attention, and I want him to have a home where he can receive the love and care he deserves.
Health and veterinary information:
Booker's vaccinations are up to date for his current stage, and he had a recent veterinary examination and preventive deworming treatment on October 20th. I also have documentation from the facility where I purchased him, including his vaccination records, deworming history, preventive care information, details about his parents, and records from his recent visit to Banfield Pet Hospital. He is still completing his puppy vaccination series, so a veterinarian can advise you as his new owner on when he can safely explore public areas and interact with unfamiliar dogs.
For more questions about Booker feel free to to reach out and I can share much more information about him!
