Description

These stunning Standard F1b Bernedoodles from Dora and Bamboo combine the beloved, easygoing nature of the Bernese Mountain Dog with the low-shedding intelligence of the Poodle. Born on June 25, 2026, these handsome pups are growing fast, well-socialized around children and daily farm life, and will be ready to head to their forever homes on August 20, 2026. Projected to reach a impressive, stocky adult weight of 80 to 100 pounds, they are building fantastic foundations to become ideal, big-hearted family companions. Each puppy comes fully up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and dewormings, complete with a thorough head-to-tail vet check and our health guarantee contract. We are currently accepting a $600 deposit to hold the puppy of your choice until pick-up day, with nationwide ground and air transport options available if you are out of state. To reserve your puppy or ask any questions, text or call 260-213-1685 or visit yarnellefur-babies.com! Thank you and God bless!

Pros

Combines the Bernese Mountain Dog's legendary family temperament with the Poodle's trainability and low-shed coat
Three size categories (Standard, Mini, Tiny) with the Standard offering the most predictable Bernese temperament expression
American Bernedoodle breeders have developed some of the most rigorous health testing in the designer dog market given the Bernese's cancer prevalence
Striking tricolor coat pattern in many individuals — the Bernese markings in a soft, low-shed texture

Cons

Cancer is the leading cause of death in Bernese Mountain Dogs — this significantly shapes the Bernedoodle's lifespan unpredictability, particularly in Standard size individuals
Lifespan varies dramatically by size: Standard Bernedoodles average 7-12 years; Tiny Bernedoodles may reach 14-18 years
The premium price ($2,000-$5,000) reflects demand rather than guaranteed health outcomes — health testing documentation is essential
Coat requires professional grooming every 6-8 weeks; the Bernedoodle's dense fleece mats faster than many owners anticipate
