Description
You won't find better raised puppies than Wren's Litter!
Wren, the mother, is the only dog our family has. She is the daughter of my parents' dog Rosie. Rosie is the Black and Tan Cavalier in the photos. Rosie had 2 litters of Cavapoo puppies, two of which, this litter's aunts, are in the photos. We have heard from 6 of the Aunt's families that they are in great health and fantastic family dogs! Wren's litter was Rosie's last litter and were purebred Cavaliers. Wren loves visiting her mom and human grandparents out in the country.
We live in Lancaster city and Wren thrives as a "city" dog. Yet she also loves her exercise, doing 5 mile hikes with ease and even loves running alongside my electric scooter! These Cavapoo's will certainly love whatever lifestyle your family has! Wren has been a fantastic mother. She deeply cares for her puppies. It's been hard getting pictures as she never leaves their side!
With that said, in general from my experience and keeping up with the dogs as they get older, there usually is a difference in the gender of these Cavapoo's. The boys are usually much more of "teddy bears" and traditional lap dogs. The boys want to be treated like a precious baby and want all the touch they can get from anyone! The girls have more of an independent streak and are more intelligent. They can be a bit tougher to train but can learn more difficult skills such as walking off lease with persistence. They are much more well suited for being the caretaker of the house while the family goes to work/school. Both gender's of Rosie's puppies have thrived across every environment, from being comfort dogs to energetic young families and from City lifestyle to country living.
These dogs will be great additions to your family!
Littlefoot will live on your couch (and bed if you let him)! You will not find a dog that will be more of a lapdog. He wants to be at the side of the humans he loves 24/7!
Littlefoot likes the outside and walks, but he is not going to be a dog that wants to go on a 3+ mile hike. He also is not well suited to a large family. He is good with kids, but not with kids that want to play a lot energetically. He would be excellent for kids that want a dog that does not play rough. He wants a family of no more than 4 and will be shy around other humans and dogs. However, he is never going to leave his family’s side! The downside is, like a lot of dogs and Cavapoo boys, he would struggle with transitioning to being at home by himself through a workday. He also might struggle with anxiety.
He is the biggest in his litter and will be the best teddy bear you could have! He is the puppy I pick when I want a puppy to sit on my lap while I watch TV. My parents and I have kept in touch with many of his aunts and uncles, so I have a good understanding of what kind of home environment he wants. He is listed at a lower price than his siblings so I can be selective to make sure I find the right fit for him.
