Parents are both working family dogs, on a small off-grid homestead in isolated Alaska. Our dogs are our transportation, emotional support, best friends, log/water haulers, and family members. Dad is large, about 150 lbs, 2 years old. Hes incredibly sweet, an awesome lead and wheel dog, and my personal childhood dream dog. Hes very in tune with me, has great recall, loves to go camping and packing. Hes gentle and a big fan of kids Mom is about 4 years old, AKC Registered, 70 lbs. she’s sweet, loves her kids, very high drive. Shes a great wheel dog, good off leash, good bear protection. She loves to be in my lap. We expect these puppies to be amazing pets and working dogs. Mom and dad both have fantastic off switches, so we expect the puppies to have the same. They’ll be great hiking/hunting/backpacking companions, skijoring/kicksleding buddies, and cuddle bugs. As long as their needs are met, these guys are great house dogs.
