Description

Meet Blue! šŸ’™ He is a stunning cream and white tuxedo Bernedoodle with the most beautiful, striking blue eyes! Blueā€™s eye color is especially unique and uncommon in Bernedoodles, making him a real head-turner! He has an incredibly soft, plush coat and the sweetest personality. He is calm, laid-back, and absolutely loves to cuddle, but he is always happy to join in on playtime too. He has that perfect balance of being playful when you want to have fun and content to snuggle up when itā€™s time to relax. He also does wonderful with children, making him an excellent family companion! Blue is estimated to weigh approximately 40ā€“50 pounds full-grown. He has strong furnishings and is expected to have a beautiful, loose wavy coat, with the potential to shed very little, if at all. Both parents have completed genetic health testing, and Blue will come with a one-year genetic health guarantee. He has been examined by our veterinarian to ensure he is healthy and ready for his new home. He will also be up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and his deworming schedule. Blue will be ready to join his forever family on or after November 7, when he turns eight weeks old! If youā€™re looking for a uniquely beautiful puppy with a wonderful, easygoing temperament and a heart full of love, Blue could be the perfect addition to your family! šŸ’™šŸ¾

Pros

Combines the Bernese Mountain Dog's legendary family temperament with the Poodle's trainability and low-shed coat
Three size categories (Standard, Mini, Tiny) with the Standard offering the most predictable Bernese temperament expression
American Bernedoodle breeders have developed some of the most rigorous health testing in the designer dog market given the Bernese's cancer prevalence
Striking tricolor coat pattern in many individuals ā€” the Bernese markings in a soft, low-shed texture

Cons

Cancer is the leading cause of death in Bernese Mountain Dogs ā€” this significantly shapes the Bernedoodle's lifespan unpredictability, particularly in Standard size individuals
Lifespan varies dramatically by size: Standard Bernedoodles average 7-12 years; Tiny Bernedoodles may reach 14-18 years
The premium price ($2,000-$5,000) reflects demand rather than guaranteed health outcomes ā€” health testing documentation is essential
Coat requires professional grooming every 6-8 weeks; the Bernedoodle's dense fleece mats faster than many owners anticipate
