Description

Meet Scarlet! šŸ’™ She is a stunning blue merle tricolor girl with the most breathtaking crystal-blue eyes! Blue eyes are especially rare in Bernedoodles, making this little girl a true showstopper! But her beauty isnā€™t all she has going for her. Scarlet has the most adorable, fun-loving personality. She loves bouncing around and exploring, enjoys being around people, and does absolutely wonderful with children. She is sure to bring so much love, fun, and happiness to her forever family! Scarlet is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and her deworming schedule has been kept current. Both parents have completed genetic health testing, and she will come with a one-year genetic health guarantee for added peace of mind. All of our puppies also receive a wellness examination by our veterinarian to ensure they are healthy and ready for their new homes. Scarlet will be ready to join her forever family on or after November 7! If youā€™re looking for a uniquely beautiful girl with gorgeous blue eyes and a fun, affectionate personality, Scarlet could be the perfect addition to your family! Feel free to reach out anytime for more information. My name is Leanna, and Iā€™d love to tell you more about this special little girl! šŸ’™šŸ¾

Pros

Combines the Bernese Mountain Dog's legendary family temperament with the Poodle's trainability and low-shed coat
Three size categories (Standard, Mini, Tiny) with the Standard offering the most predictable Bernese temperament expression
American Bernedoodle breeders have developed some of the most rigorous health testing in the designer dog market given the Bernese's cancer prevalence
Striking tricolor coat pattern in many individuals ā€” the Bernese markings in a soft, low-shed texture

Cons

Cancer is the leading cause of death in Bernese Mountain Dogs ā€” this significantly shapes the Bernedoodle's lifespan unpredictability, particularly in Standard size individuals
Lifespan varies dramatically by size: Standard Bernedoodles average 7-12 years; Tiny Bernedoodles may reach 14-18 years
The premium price ($2,000-$5,000) reflects demand rather than guaranteed health outcomes ā€” health testing documentation is essential
Coat requires professional grooming every 6-8 weeks; the Bernedoodle's dense fleece mats faster than many owners anticipate
