The Cavapoo, also known as the Cavoodle, is a gentle and affectionate hybrid created by crossing the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with the Poodle. First bred in Australia in the 1990s, the Cavapoo quickly gained international popularity for its loving temperament, intelligence, and often low-shedding coat, making it one of today’s most sought-after companion dogs.
Cavapoo generations — such as F1, F1b, F1bb, and F2 — differ mainly in coat predictability and allergy-friendly qualities.
