The Havapoo is a cross between the Havanese and the Toy or Miniature Poodle, bred to produce a loyal, cheerful, and low-allergen companion. It wasn’t until the late 2010s that the Havapoo became especially sought after for its loving temperament and minimal shedding. Havapoos typically have small, rectangular bodies with soft, wavy to curly coats that can come in a wide variety of colors, including cream, chocolate, black, or apricot. They usually inherit floppy ears and expressive, dark eyes that give them a sweet, teddy bear-like appearance. Personality-wise, Havapoos are gentle, social, and devoted to their families.
