Their round eyes, wrinkled muzzle, and curled tail give them their unmistakable look. Pugs are sociable, gentle, and thrive on human companionship. They get along well with children and other pets, though they can be stubborn at times. Regular play and short walks are enough to keep them healthy and happy. Because of their flat faces, Pugs can struggle in extreme temperatures and are prone to respiratory and eye issues, so owners should monitor them closely. Grooming is simple but should include cleaning their facial folds and brushing weekly.
