Meet Dehavilland Borzoi
Welcome to DeHavilland Borzoi. We are a family of sight hound lovers with experience with many breeds including greyhound, salukis, afghans and borzois. We are ethical dog owners and are spending all our time and effort ensuring our puppies are happy, healthy and find their best possible forever homes. We have previous history as breeders of poodles and pugs. We always took our time to understand the breed and ensure we had happy, healthy puppies. Our current litter comes from parents with gentle, sweet temperments who are extremely loving to all humans as well as other dogs. Our aim is always to produce puppies with loving temperments and sweet dispositions.
We currently own three sighthounds including Remi our afghan, Russia our female Borzoi who is akc reigstered and comes from champion bloodlines, and Langston our akc registered male Borzoi. They all get along well and live in the beautiful Southern California foothills on a 1/2 acre of land surrounded by mountains and deserts as well as parks and lakes. We work with a vet who has experience with the unique needs of sighthounds and has been amazing at ensuring all their needs are met. We work hard to ensure plenty of space and clean kennels for our puppies. Our puppies are growing up with lots of outdoor time, pool time, leash training, early socialization practise and crate training. We only sell to those we think would make great owners as Borzois are large and a unique breed.

Langston is an akc registered Borzoi sighthound. A typical rough and tumble boy, he loves playing with his brother and best friend Remington and misses spending time with Russia now that she is a mother. He can't wait to race whenever he gets a chance. He has become such a good daddy to his puppies and likes to spend all his time with them now. Langston has met all his milestones and is deemed healthy by his borzoi knowledgeable vet. Langston has learned many commands, but sometimes forgets in all the excitement. He is so eager to meet new people and cant wait to have new experiences. He loves walking and exploring but sometimes has trouble with listening. He is crate trained, eats the highest quality food and enjoys time just chilling with his puppies in the yard. Langston has a beautiful golden and white coat that matches the honey colored coats of his puppies. His puppies have many of his same traits and also love cuddles.
Borzoi

Russia is an akc registered cream spotted on white female borzoi. She has champion bloodlines but currently lives her best life as a companion pup. She is incredibly affectionate and adores everyone she meets. Russia comes to us from another amazing ethical breeder with quality lines, great temperment and has met all health guidelines by our qualified vet. She has been a great mom to all her pups and they also are growing up with sweet natured dispositions. She is not shy with others, loves every animal she meets so far, was easily crate trained, and knows basic commands. She is socially very affectionate with new people and doesnt seem to show any signs of nervousness. She is extremely laid back and just loves to be petted.
