History: The Mini Bernedoodle is a smaller version of the standard Bernedoodle, and it's a cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Miniature Poodle. The Bernedoodle and the Mini Bernedoodle are relatively new in terms of designer breeds. These dogs didn't first appear until the early 2000s. The Bernedoodle and its mini version originated in Ontario, Canada in 2003. However, it is possible that the mix existed prior. Since then, the Mini Bernedoodle's popularity has taken off, and the breed is now a popular designer dog that is registered by the Designer Dogs Kennel Club (DDKC), the American Canine Hybrid Club (ACHC), and several other dog clubs for hybrid and designer breeds.

Temperament: Mini Bernedoodles are affectionate, happy dogs that are loving with their families and great with children. These dogs are very loyal and devoted, and they are at their happiest when spending time with their families. That said, it's important to note that Miniature Bernedoodles do not do well when they are left alone for long periods of time, and they may experience separation anxiety if left by themselves too often or for too long. Mini Bernedoodles are quite smart, so training them usually isn't challenging. However, it's possible for a Bernedoodle to inherit some of the Bernese Mountain Dog's stubbornness, but this behavior can easily be curbed. Over all, if you're looking for loyal family companion, the Bernedoodle is a great choice.
