Meet Borzoi-Greyhound Pups

Sighthounds have been my passion for the last 27 years. They are my family and are raised and trained using positive reinforcement training techniques. I got my start in greyhound rescue in 1999; over the past two and a half decades, I fostered and adopted several retired racing greyhounds and sighthounds. As well, I formerly served as a Director on the Board of Directors of a nonprofit greyhound rescue group, and as Foster Coordinator. In that role I trained and managed 35+ active foster families and placed and managed veterinary care and behavioral needs of more than 230 greyhounds during my tenure. I continue to provide support and serve as a resource to greyhound and sighthound adopters with general health and behavioral questions. In 2019, Florida outlawed greyhound racing and many tracks in other states have closed in the past decade and the need for racing greyhounds rapidly dwindled. I then adopted international rescue Borzoi, Salukis, and Afghan Hounds, some of whom are still with me. In 2021 I acquired a beautiful male Borzoi from Grand Champion lines on both sire and dam lineage. In 2024 I took in a young female greyhound as a rehome through no fault of her own (not a rescue, well-kept, healthy, and lovely temperament). I was told she was spayed but as it turns out, surprise! Puppies. And so some of their offspring are now available to loving homes. Adoption application, home visit, reference check, adoption agreement and fee required.
