Looking for a new buddy this spring? This adorable little Bassett hound will be looking for a new home shortly. Lia is a cuddly bundle of soft fur, wrinkly skin, and long ears. She has 3 sisters and 1 brother with whom she spends her days. At 4 weeks they are just entering a playful stage and starting to explore their world on wobbly little legs. The parents are our family pets and we enjoy spending time with the puppies so they are well socialized and used to being loved by humans. It is important to us that our dogs are healthy so she will be receiving her immunizations at the appropriate age as well as wormer, flea and tick guard, etc. She will also be vet checked, of course. To make the transition to her new home less traumatic we would send a toy and small blanket along so she has something familiar smelling, as well as some of the puppy chow that she has been used to eating. Bassett hounds are very affectionate pets and have a laid back personality. It was always my husband's dream to have a Bassett hound so owning the parents has been exciting for us.
