Being the perfect splice between bernese and Cavalier- Malcom has a mellow low-energy side but still remains friendly and fun despite his slower pace! We love the fact that he’s quick to pick his favorite humans, and is happy to just watch the world go by or meander around looking for a distracting scent to discover! He is watchful, redirectable, but sometimes oblivious to personal space so he’ll make his grand entrance tripping over others or plopping his whole body weight on top of a sleeping sibling just for the calming connection with another while he’s laying and playing with a soft toy. We think Malcolm would be a perfect companion for retirees who love the Bernese breed but physically can’t handle the size and also appreciate the happy go lucky vibes of the Cavalier! Major leans into his protective Bernese genetics and has become the advocate for his entire pack’s safety like he was born with a sense of duty handed down through generations of military men!
