Look at me! I am a Pomeranian puppy! My Mom is Brownie. I was born on March 9th and I will be ready for my forever home on May 4th! I have been family raised on a farm in the country. I have had my shots and de-wormers. I have been checked by a veterinarian and I am micro-chipped.

I will come with my vet and shot records and a small amount of food upon request.

We would be happy to help you with setting up transportation and shipping of your puppy if needed at an additional cost.

For more information or to schedule a visit with me, please contact Andy Monday through Saturday. All Sunday calls will be returned on Monday.

Some more about the Pomeranian-

This petite, fox-like looking companion breed is one of the smallest in the Spitz family of dogs. The breed was quite popular with Martin Luther, Amadeus Mozart, Sir Isaac Newton, and even Michelangelo.  So much so, that when Michelangelo was painting the Sistine Chapel, his pup sat on a silk cushion and observed the famous artist.  The development of the smaller size Pomeranian occurred during Queen Victoria’s reign when she came upon a smaller Pomeranian in Italy named Marco who weighed only 12 pounds.  She subsequently began breeding the smaller size of the Pomeranian of which we see today.  This perky, inquisitive breed can be at home in a tiny apartment, and because they are quite vocal make excellent watchdogs.  They are a great breed for new dog owners, as well as for those who are busy, and even for an elderly person.  Though they are quite energetic their exercise needs are minimal, a walk a day would be sufficient, but they do need lots of toys.  Pomeranians do not do very well in hot weather, and great care needs to be taken so they do not overheat.  The Pomeranian absolutely loves their family, and would do best in a home with calm, older children. This breed does well as a therapy dog especially for those in nursing homes or hospitals.
