Welcome to Mountain View Farm! We David and Laura Rose Detweiler are a young couple located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. We love living on the farm here with our animals. After meeting Shiloh our Pomsky female we knew we wanted to share, thus began our hobby of raising pomskies.

Pomsky puppies vary a lot in color size and personalty. Each one is unique, they love attention and have lots of energy. With their excited greeting and friendly wagging of tails as we enter their home it doesn't take long to get very attached to these little puppies. After feeding them we usually exercise them and they put their whole heart into playing tug of war or trying to get the ball from each other.

Pomskies are a mixture of Pomeranian and Siberian Husky, both are Spitz breeds with strong personalities, excellent sense of humor and a lot of hair. This makes the most adorable little pups, they are like little balls of fluff, frisking about.

Siberians are very active while Pomeranians are focused on their own familiar people. In general Pomskies tend to be in the middle range for both these traits. Most are outgoing dogs who enjoy a nice walk around the neighborhood or a long hike. They do not tend to be as active as Huskies can be, but like all dogs some daily exercise is necessary and a good walk or romp at the park is greatly appreciated especially for young dogs.

We welcome you to come visit our farm, watch the cows graze in a nearby pasture, pet the horses, play with the puppies and pick your choice of puppy to take along home with you. If unable to drive to our farm we will gladly ship a puppy via airplane.
