Boston Terrier

Boston Terriers are known to be extremely affectionate dogs that are very playful, intelligent, and friendly. These dogs can adapt well to about any living environment, as long as they are played with a lot, and receive enough opportunities to exercise. Not only are these dogs the perfect play companions, they are very intelligent and love to be mentally stimulated as well. Overall Boston Terriers are known to be affectionate and have been called the “American Gentleman” because of their lovable nature and tuxedo-like markings on their coats. Although very charming, Boston Terriers can also be stubborn, and can require persistence in training. They are also very sensitive dogs and need motivation and encouragement rather than harsh reprimands in order for them to listen and feel loved. While they were originally bred as fighting dogs, Boston Terrier owners agree none of the traits of these lovable pups show any of this at all.

Boston Terriers come in three different weight classes: below 15 pounds, 15-19 pounds, and 20-25 pounds. Typically, they are about 12-17 inches tall, and always look solid, no matter how much they weigh. They do not adjust well to hot or cold temperatures, and should not be out in extreme conditions.

~ F1b Cockapoo ~ Cloey was born in our home January 2, 2017 to a litter from Sophie, our other retired Cockapoo mama. Because her mother is already a first generation cockapoo that was bred back to a mini poodle, Cloey is considered an F1b mini Cockapoo. She has more parts Poodle in her than Cocker Spaniel. Coming in at 14lbs, we love Cloey's gymnastics and ability to dance on her two hind legs. She's a smart, sweet doggie! She is registered with the American Cockapoo Club. She is house trained and utd on Rabies and vaxes. 

We have recently retired Cloey, and we are looking to place her in a loving home where she can get much more of the one on one attention that she deserves.

We are located in the rolling hills of central Ohio. Feel free to call us to make an appointment to see Baxter. A $200 non refundable deposit will hold him for 10 days with balance due at time of delivery or pickup. Holding a puppy for longer than 10 days after 8 weeks of age will incur a $75 charge per week for their care. Please read the terms and conditions on our website before sending a deposit. For shipping, we use a local ground transport company that has been an excellent method of getting your puppy safely and efficiently to you. The puppies leave here Tuesday afternoon and most puppies are delivered late Tuesday evening and Wednesday, with those on the West coast being delivered Thursday and Friday. The drivers are in contact with you after leaving with an approximate arrival time and also as they get closer. Note: They do deliver all hours of the day and night to be as efficient as possible. For an additional $350 east of the Mississippi and $450 west of there (and all of Louisiana), you can have your puppy delivered safely to your home. Ohio $250. 

The Beabull is the perfect blend between the English bulldog and Beagle. With a sweet and spunky personality, they are sure to add lots of fun and entertainment to your home, as well as wherever you may want to take them. They adapt also well to new surroundings and make new friends easily. Their coat needs a medium amount of care. They need daily exercise to curb boredom and maintain a healthy weight.
